Founded in 2024, we provide training and consulting services to governments and public-sector organizations, supported by subject matter expertise in social work, public sector regulation, and complex cross-sector service delivery.
With a strong foundation in professional training and adult education, we support the design and implementation of effective programs and service delivery models partnering with organizations to deliver practical, sustainable, and jurisdiction-ready solutions.
MacDonald Training and Consulting is an independent consulting firm owner and managed by Senior Consultant Melissa MacDonald.
We enter independent, partnership and standing offer opportunities.
